 Put the belt around your chest so that the transmitter is centred

on the front. The letters must face outwards.

 Adjust the length of the breast belt so that the belt remains tight

while you are running.

 Re-insert the loosened end to close the belt.

To guarantee a stable operation, keep the belt away

from any electrical appliances and strong

electromagnetic fields like high-voltage power lines,

electric motors etc.
